And rainy and windy it still is...seriously, Zed, you picked the right spring to miss. I'm so not impressed with BC this year.
oh no! Poor Julie. BC has its moments. Hopefully the pink flower covered streets and the warmer weather will compensate for the ugly wetness. It's starting to get cooler here and I'm bitter about it. This country is not supposed to have four seasons.
